2. Intellectual and Industrial Property
The source code, graphic designs, user interface, predefined illustrations ("Assets"), software, and institutional texts are the exclusive property of Intelecta España, S.L. or its licensors.
Regarding stories and illustrations generated automatically by Artificial Intelligence at the user's request, these are governed by the provisions of the application's Terms and Conditions and the usage licenses of the underlying technology providers.
The reproduction and/or publication, total or partial, of the website, its computer processing, its distribution, its dissemination, its modification or transformation, is not allowed without the prior written permission of the owners.
The user may only and exclusively use the material appearing on this website for personal and private use; its use for commercial purposes or to engage in illegal activities is prohibited.
3. Conditions of Use
The use of the application implies full acceptance of the general conditions of use (see Terms and Conditions) and the Privacy Policy. The user agrees not to use the service for purposes other than the creation of legitimate children's entertainment.
4. Responsibility for Links
The owner is not responsible for the information contained in third-party websites that can be accessed or that link to TuHistoria.App (e.g., Stripe for payments, external support sites), provided that they do not have effective knowledge that the activity or information they refer to or recommend is illegal.
Furthermore, the owner does not guarantee the full accuracy, reliability, or consistency of the narrative or visual content automatically generated by Artificial Intelligence systems, which is offered exclusively for recreational purposes. Intelecta España, S.L. implements safety filters, but is not responsible for subjective interpretations or fortuitous errors generated by algorithms.
5. Applicable Legislation
This Legal Notice is governed in each and every one of its extremes by Spanish law.
