2. Intellectual and Industrial Property

Source code, graphic design, user interface, predefined illustrations ("Assets"), software, and institutional texts are the exclusive property of Intelecta España, S.L. or its licensors.

Trademark Protection: The names TuHistoria and InteleBot, as well as their respective logos, are protected trademarks under applicable industrial property laws. Reproduction, distribution or modification without explicit authorization is strictly prohibited.

AI-Generated Content: Stories, audio and illustrations generated automatically by AI at user request are governed by the app's Terms and Conditions. The user receives a license for personal, private and household use only. Commercial use or illegal use is prohibited.

3. Conditions of Use

Using the app implies full acceptance of the general terms of use and the Privacy Policy. The user agrees to use the service exclusively for legitimate children's entertainment.

The following is strictly prohibited:

• Generating unlawful, violent, discriminatory content, or content that harms minors' rights.
• Uploading voice samples or descriptions of third parties without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to compromise security, reverse engineer, or interfere with underlying AI model infrastructure.

Intelecta España, S.L. reserves the right to suspend any account that breaches these rules.

4. Liability and Warranty Disclaimer (Artificial Intelligence)

Nature of AI Content: TuHistoria.App uses advanced generative AI models. The owner does not guarantee full accuracy or consistency of narrative or visual content, which is provided for recreational purposes only. Although robust safety filters are implemented, we are not responsible for subjective interpretations or accidental algorithmic errors ("hallucinations").

Voice Cloning: Use of synthetic voice generation tools is solely the user's responsibility. Intelecta España, S.L. provides technical infrastructure only and disclaims liability for misuse of generated voices, including impersonation attempts.

5. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This Legal Notice is governed in all respects by Spanish law.

For any dispute, the parties agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain), unless mandatory consumer law establishes a different jurisdiction.
